Weaving

The weaving department is where thread is woven into towel fabric. It has over 350 looms and employees the best production & operations management technique s to achieve efficient production. The weaving section contains in-house weaving, clone-winding, bobbin machine and warping machine facilities. Special care is taken to achieve best quality production while at the same time providing employees with a safe and healthy environment.

Bleaching & Dyeing

After weaving, the towel fabric is taken to the bleaching or dying section so it can be bleach or dye as required by the customer. The bleaching process involves a series of steps to ensure exact colour matching and a colour fast process, including washing, dyeing, and drying/hanging.

Cutting

The cutting phase is where bleached towels are cut according to client specifications and dimensions, Expert employees performs this function with unbelievable accuracy to pre pare the accurate sized fabric for stitching.
